No. F HIS life. He probably is in serious need of MENTAL help more than financial and the only help he is finding is on street corners from strangers handing him money and offering zero advice.

You should have just bought him some food because then you know he can't by alcohol with it, but in this case ,evidently he didn't get alcohol........ Unless he poops it out and gets the money O.o

I once gave a homeless man some granola bars because he had a sign asking for food. He threw them back at my car and yelled that he wanted money.
