I've learned from my job that just because someone was is prison doesn't mean they are a bad person. They just made some bad mistakes. My job deals with felons who are trying to better themselves. Don't judge them all the same. Some are good. Some are bad.

So you would never give anyone a chance based on their past? Maybe that should apply to everyone's past. There's a lot of people who don't get caught, so because they don't have a record you won't write them off then.
