Today, as my boyfriend was trying to convince me that he was not having an affair with another woman named Julie, he looked me in the eye and exclaimed, "I would never cheat on you, I love you more than anything, Julie". FML

Oh burn! Don't stress that just because he called you Julie that it really means he's cheating you with her. It could be that you or him said Julie so much that he just accidentally said it.

you should have been like"I believe you Chris or is it Jared?" XD

it could have been an innocent slip because he was thinking of the name Julie through the conversation. I've called my friends each other's names, names of teachers, even names of movie characters.

im soory, i shld have made him tell u sooner...

Ouchie. Don't linger on him, really. No decent guy would cheat on a girl. You should have left the moment you found out he was cheating.

or you could investigate to find out if it's true before you leave someone because of a rumor

I couldn't tell you if it means he doesn't love you, but I have done that to my boyfriend, a few times, but i never have cheated on him. We were talking about my best friends boyfriend at the time, named jonathan, and then i few min later, i called him, jonathan, he got mad but then understood we were just talking about him. And, he has called me his sisters name..

Yeah that happened to me once except her name was Nora. I still dated him for another year and a half. FML.

That totally sounds like something I'd say as a joke. Though, it would probably back fire...All assuming I had a GF. FML.

WOW. But that could have been a Freudian slip.
