Asthma, definition: LOOK IT UP My little brother periodically suffers from an Asthma attack, generally it is caused by something, but sometimes it just happens, for no apparent reason at all, it's considered a disease for this reason, one way that almost always causes an attack is going from a hot to cold of visa verse environment rapidly, like when you walk into the movie theaters in the dead of winter and they have the heaters blaring, likewise, any environment that causes stress on the body can cause an asthma attack, on a hot day, one is much more likely to become exausted from playing, or even just being outside if it's hot enough, and depending on the severity of the case (which differs very largely from person to person) that can be all it takes to cause an attack. Pawning off any prescription medicine can be easy if you know the right people, almost all of them, including inhalers, can be used to make drugs, or as a drug by themselves, that's why you can only get them via prescription.

If my dad did that, I'd call CPS on his ass so fast he wouldn't know what hit him. That's called child abuse, and it IS illegal. You're also not allowed to sell/distribute prescription drugs, so he has committed another offense on that front. Bastard should be in jail.

"tending" "aiming" you don't have to actually die for something to be deadly. It just has to be capable of killing you. Anyone with an IQ above 5 should know that. As long as the Asthma attack could kill the OP it was a deadly attack. You know, most inhalers just blow air. It's a placebo effect and a successful one at least. So, you just need a goddamn brown bag or something.
