I can relate. I just spent 3000.00 on acne treatments and I'm still getting acne. You should try spironolactone. They say that most acne is hormonal and this helps. It's helping me for the most part. And it's cheap.
fyl too
Sleep on a clean towel, it should help :)
Use neutragina face wash, and here's the secret, use rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball on your face. It will sting but it kills the germs. Wash your face twice a day. Use moisturizer, at night. Some might say the rubbing alcohol is bad it dries out your skin. But you're way too oily and it helps. My aunt use to be a model in magazines and that's what she used.
I also have very oily skin and use a cotton ball with alcohol every night. I also use Mary Kay face wash and moisturizer. I've seen a significant clear up in my skin.
try soap and water. don't use makeup.. oils in products just make it worse.
Soap and water severely strips your skin of its natural oils, which we need. Using this method will create more problematic skin. To compensate more oil will be produced which will exacerbate the acne. It may work on some for a while but true acne sufferers will not benefit from this. Eventually soap and water users will start to feel like their skin is cracking and very dry/tight.
I know there is one medication that works wonders for acne. But FDA banned it in the us because its so potent. Not sure if it is still banned or not. Accutane. It's insane stuff, but works for people who have had nothing but failures in the past with acne crap.
OP, you should try Accutane, unless you got health conditions. It worked for me... and usually works after 2 months to a year. Bad part is, it got TONS of bad side effects and it's bad for the body....but it works... There's also proactive for medium acne (but I had really bad one, so this one wouldn't work). Good luck, and your dermatologist sucks!
sounds like a lawsuit!
I an old wise tale but it really works toothpaste .

And basically rape your wallet!
Unfortunately that's the way some medical conditions work. We don't really understand them well, so our best hope is to throw the kitchen sink at them and hope something works. Now if only there were a prescription to cure stupidity.
