Today, I broke up with my fiancé after he cheated on me, and he now refuses to move out of the apartment. I'm even contemplating just offering him my Xbox One as a bribe so I can get him out of my life for good. FML

Also, For everyone telling her just to make him move or throw his stuff out; it's not that easy. even if her name is the only one on the lease, if he has established residency there by getting mail delivered, she has to give him a 30 day eviction. Shitty but that's the law. Cops cannot do anything to help on that either

If his name is on the lease too, he has every right to stay there. And even if it isn't, you usually have to give them 30 days to move out.
