You should probably learn about verb tenses..."My new one BELONGS to a debtor." This leads me to believe one of two things: 1. You share a phone with a debtor AND/OR 2. You are a debtor. In any case, FYL.

No, your current phone number belongs to you. It USED to belong to a debtor. Unless you are the debtor.... and the prostitute :P (Oh, and do you mean 'debtor', or debt collector? You know a debtor is someone who owes money?)
