Today, I was talking to my tattoo artist about how my girlfriend broke up with me. She had also gotten her tattoos from him, so they had talked quite a bit. He told me she had been cheating on me with her ex for two and a half months. He didn't tell me because he didn't want to lose business. FML

break up with her. don't feel obligated to stay just because of a dumb tattoo. that's creepy as hell anyway. tattoo parlors usually convince people NOT to get other peoples names/faces tattooed on them.. I guess she REALLYY wanted it??? creep:/

Go to the tattooist. Have him put FREE FROM {her name} on your back w/ magic markers!! Then have him draw a chain around it, w/ the chain links breaking apart. Tell her she inspired you, just before you show it to her. Go on vacation for a week, just in case. Be VERY careful when you go into your house when you get back.

don't compare marriage to dating. they're NOT the same thing. with marriage, you make a committment to be with someone for better or for WORSE. the U.S. in particular has a horribly screwed up definition of marriage, hence why the divorce rate is so high. a marriage means that two people will work out their problems and live with each other. if you don't agree with that, then don't get married.
