Today, I decided to go through my husband's phone to make sure I invited everyone to the surprise party I was planning for him. There were a few I had missed so I called to let them know about it. The last number I called was his girlfriend. FML

Well maybe now his surprise party can turn into his surprise divorce

that sucks...maybe you could cancel the party, give him nothing but a card telling him to celebrate with the other bitch.

I somehow doubt that's how you found out. I'm guessing you lost trust in him and dug through his phone. Either way, Cheating is ****** up. Hope your next one has more trust in it.

I understand what you are grasping at, but if my SO ever cheated on me, no amount of talking would ever make me trust him or want to touch him ever again. It doesn't mean I would stop loving him, but means it's already too late. If he came to talk to me about relationship problems beforehand, I am all about working through them, but if he ***** someone else and comes to me after the fact (or as in this case, I found out through no admission of his own) - that's it. My SO is the only guy I have ever been with. If he is unfaithful, he is ending the relationship himself.

That was nice of you to invite her. I'm sure he'll be very surprised.

for christ's sake to people who think she was "invading his phone..." she was planning a surprise birthday...again NOT checking for evidence of cheating or snooping maliciously. and YES there is a difference in "invasion of privacy" as you say...for good and bad intent.

Don't show up to the party, trick his girlfriend into showing up instead. Leave a note saying, "I figured you'd rather party with your gf than me. Call me when you're done ******* her fat ass, you fat ass. -Love, OP" Now THAT will be a surprise!
