How is sun bathing healthy? maybe try exercising as something healthy
Sunbathing often leads to sun burns....which lead to skin cancer. Not sure how being sedentary really promotes healthiness, burns aside. If you're really concerned about your vitamin D, there are supplements or just a general good diet should do it. That being said... You must be a special kind of unlucky to get that sort of attention from the bugs! Yikes!
Taking supplements for Vitamin D is ridiculous unless you're an albino or pregnant.
No, it's not!! I shattered my ankle and had to stay home for 6 months, and my Vitamin D was so low that I had to be put on it. Also, people in like Alaska and Washington take it to prevent Seasonal Affective Disorder which is a form of depression caused by getting little sunlight
Not really. My mom takes a high dosage of prescription Vitamin D supplement for her osteoporosis.
Just drink more milk...it will get the vitamin D as well that way...and no bugs to worry about
They just wanted some booty
Fail. Sunbathing isn't healthy.
what did you expect? you live in florida!

Sunbathing isn't really healthy. If you need vitamin D, you might as well just go on a walk, walk to the store, go biking or whatever. Sunbathing while laying still is actually quite 'dangerous' (sunburns etc).
Sunbathing to be healthy? That is like riding a segway instead of taking a car "to be healthy"
