I don't think OP is mad at his wife's sexuality (I personally wouldn't worry if my wife was bisexual or if she had some lesbian experiences). But I don't think he liked the idea of her naming their children after her former lovers.

How old are your kids?

I'm sure OP had to agree with the names when they were put down on the birth certificate. Your wife may have just liked the names, in spite of or irrespective of her experiences with their namesakes or maybe because she'd gotten on with them really well and wanted to remember them like that. I was named after a crush my father had when he was 9, and it was his idea to name me that, but my mother really liked the name as well and it hasn't caused any significant problems. OP needs to have a long talk with his wife about why she chose the names, but I think her past sexual experiences are pretty irrelevant. She's committed to OP now.

Maybe this wasn't intentional. Maybe your wife had sex with so many people that whatever name you picked you were likely to have the name of a former sex partner. See, isn't that better?

How could you not know the names of her former partners? Did you's not have a conversation about "the past"? Also at least she picked names, I was named by the doctor :/.

Why is your life F'ed? It's possible for her to have fond memories of her past lovers even if she's not with them. And she once dated a chick. If anything, it sounds more like you have a very open-minded wife who decided that you were the one she wanted to spend her life with. If I wasn't gay, I'd love to have a girl like that.

Maybe you should have um, TALKED before naming your children...and everyone has a past...coach says walk it off.
