Today, I found out I'm allergic to mosquito repellent. I fly out on a two month trip to India on Saturday. FML

There are other options, citronella spray, lemon and sage water spritzed on your clothes works too

If you live in Canada or the USA you can get "Skin So Soft" it works like repellent and also makes your skin.... SO SOFT. It smells wonderful too :)

try some more natural mosquito repellents OP. pure peppermint essential oil always works for me for both mosquitos and ticks. I even plant it around my porch every spring to keep them away from the house for when we have cookouts.

Use tea tree oil instead. It works just as well.

There's herbal remedies and stuff! You could always look up natural oils that repel insects. I think lemon does, I'm not sure.
