How can you all be like that? It seems the obvious reason he thinks his life is f*cked is because the mother left him and he's being stopped from being the father for whatever reason. It's not likely to be 'oh sh1t i'm away on work so missed the birth', then his life wouldn't be f*cked, he'd be a dad and obviously happy about it. there's probably more to it from the way it's worded. he would find out in some other way thn facebook if he was still in real contact and a relationship with the mother

two possibilities as i see it... 1) you got the girl pregnant and left (i shun in this case.) 2) you were happily together and had to leave (lets say you had to go to war. or something.) which is it? you have us all wondering.
