Today, I found out that my neighbors took it upon themselves to knock down the fence we shared, and putting up a new one. Thus fencing my pool into their yard. When I asked them why, he replied, "We thought you weren't coming back." I was gone for 4 months tending to my sister with breast cancer. FML

Exactly. Why go through the lengthy process of lawyers & court when you can take care of it in 30 minutes? Then move the fence back. People have killed for less. Lol

Wow. Take down the fence, put a new (and stronger) fence back up where the original one was, and tell your neighbors that if they have a problem, they can speak to your lawyer about it.

Let me make this simple, they built a fence on your property. all you have to do is get the zoning board on it.

You go to city hall to file a complaint about this. You can also charge them through the police, and if there is dmg to your pool or if you have to pay for the new fence, then you sue.

tear their fence down, build a new one halfway into their yard, and with the grass that's left on their side, burn the message "how's it feel, bitches?" .
