Came here to say this. The lawsuits are wishful thinking. License revocation is also far fetched (probably because he is a counselor with lower/no accreditation than a real psychiatrist). A refund is certainly due. If you took your car to the mechanic to get the engine fixed and he took your money and ****** your car you would want you money back and to not drive that car anymore.
