And that's what you get for applying and interviewing at Hollister. Seriously: Today, I walked past Hollister at the mall. FML
#19, that is awesome... I LOL'd at "one-pack". With a sense of humour like that, even a one-pack is sexy ;)
Actually, I do feel this is a YDI. If you had taken the initiative to call the store a few times after applying, you would have been given a confirmation on whether or not you'd been hired. Go to them, Don't try and make them come to you. It's not like you've got the credentials for them to come on hands and knees begging to hire you.
hahaa. dued let met tell you. i worked at Hollister for about a yr and half... and managers do not communicate to each other at all!
#3 hit the nail on the head. Hollister employees = complete tools. I voted YDI after reading the first sentence. Do you even know that Hollister isn't a beach community? It's a poor, run-down farming town in the sticks of California. It's like wearing surf clothes labeled "Birmingham".
If I were you I would put on my dignity jeans and get a job at a different store.
YDI for being dumb enough to apply at Hollister. Who wants six hours a week at minimum wage with the stupidest dick boss who's ever lived? Even by shitty ass retail standards, Hollister is a terrible place to work. I know the economy's rough, but seriously you can do better than this.
Strange. If you don't know you got the job, how would you know you have to work?? :/

I was fired from Hollister without ever being told.. I wouldn't worry about it, they're a screwed up company.
Hope you stood up for yourself.
