Today, I got a client who ordered ice cream. She seemed really nice and I thought maybe she was into me. When I asked if she wanted peanuts for an additional 50 cents, she said no. Trying to be nice, I added them anyway free of charge. I later had to call the ambulance. She was allergic. FML

Regardless of her allergies, if she didn't ask for peanuts, she didn't want peanuts. You could've offered it on the house like someone else said and it would've showed your sweet side AND not given her shitty customer service.

seriously wtf were you thinking. you're selling ice cream right... and shes nice to you... and you think shes into you? just this is ****** up by itself but then you _ask her_ if she wants peanuts. she says NO to your question. THAT MEANS NO?

You deserve it. How is adding peanuts nice?

that was stupid of you but why the **** would she go ahead and eat the peanuts if she's allergic? unless you hid them under the ice cream so she couldn't see them, SURPRISE! DEATHLY ALLERGIC REACTION!!!

YDI. NO means NO. But still, I have to ask, if she's allergic, WHY would she eat them in the first place? She didn't see those giant chunks of peanuts in her ice cream? o_O

They're usually chopped up, so it wouldn't be too obvious. There's also the chance that they were hidden by the other toppings. Plus, she wasn't expecting there to be peanuts in her ice cream. She did tell him no, after all.

you're stupid for doing that but why the **** would she eat the peanuts if she's allergic? unless you hid them under the ice cream so she couldn't see, SURPRISE! DEATHLY ALLERGIC REACTION!!!

It cracks me up when people assume someone is "into" them just because they are nice. Some people are always polite, it doesn't necessarily mean they are flirting. Secondly, the OP is a moron. Even if the girl HADN'T been allergic, she might have been pissed about having something added to her ice cream that she didn't order. I was raised to believe that being polite and respectful to people was the right thing to do. Just because someone is "nice" to you does not mean that they are interested in you, OP. Get a clue, and get that ego downsized while you are at it!

Well, you suck. Apparently in your world, no means yes.

I do understand that you were trying to be nice OP, but still she said no. You could have thrown in a "are you sure?" before your ordered.

yeah. maybe he takes opposite day seriously? lol. i don't think i ever want to eat wherever he works. :P
