dont be so elitist. if he's actually a genius he'll be freaking rich some day, he could be the next steve jobs or bill gate. and you never know, maybe he's a really sweet person and you end up being compatible after all. if this was him asking you to go on a date, why not? what's there to lose?
Or maybe he's a horrible person who will make her life miserable. Just because he's a nerd doesn't mean that he's going to be successful, in fact, most nerds never develop the social skills necessary to be successful in the business world, so unless he's able to invent something world changing, he's most likely going to be stuck in a cubicle writing code for the rest of his life. I'm a professional sys admin and IT technician, and I've noticed that the people who married nerds expecting to be rich are usually really, really disappointed.
Hey, don't judge a book by its cover. I'm dating a geek (never thought I would) and tbh, he's the best thing that's ever happened to me. Social status isn't everything. Give him a chance.
I had a nerd do this to me, too. He came up to me and told me that he was considering dating me but he wasn't sure if he was comfortable with my promiscuity (I was 20 and not a virgin, that apparently makes me a ****?) and would let me know what he decided. A few days later he told me that he had decided that dating me was worth the risk and that we could be boyfriend and girlfriend. I told him to leave me alone and that I wasn't dating him. He then spent the next year telling everyone that I "broke his heart" and that I was "the love of his life and the woman he wanted to marry" and that he was so upset because I didn't want to spend the rest of our lives together. Just block him, don't talk to him and move on. I had to eventually threaten my nerd with a restraining order. Good luck!
Marry him. He might become a Rich Genius.
You deserve it! I mean that in a good way! Let the guy take you out one day and see if he impresses you?
Facebook: Matchmaking since 2005
N that's bad how?? We all work for a nerd from hs. Or an ass who knows what to say.
