Okay, I'll probably get thumbed down for this: but I kinda think this is a tad weird. He's never talked to her before, yet he knows for sure she's his "ideal mate"? Hokay then.
Every think that maybe it took him a while to get up the guts to say something to her?
Yes, and even then he should've said it differently. Seriously, "ideal mate"?
Sorry for the second reply, but I also have to say this: He's never talked to her before, yet he knows for sure that she's the one? What did he base that conclusion on? He's never talked to her before, so how does he know for sure that their personalities would match? Did he base it on her intelligence (heard she has good marks, ...)? Based on things he HEARD about her? I'm probably reading too much into this, but yeah. He's a weird kid for this imo.
Maybe he has talked to her more than what OP suggests. But it doesn't matter even if that's not true cause this is a high school CRUSH. There are plenty of people who I've liked in high school who I didn't even know. I was not as forward as the "nerd" in the FML but I still liked somebody whom I had never talked to but had just seen. So I don't see anything wrong with this...at all.
Yeah, but I hope that you weren't like "Omg, see that person there? Yeah, he's totally The One for me. We should make babies now. What did you say? No I never talked to him before, lol u so silly!". But even then I personally don't get how you could get a crush on someone who you've never talked to before. Oh well, can't help feelings. (but still)
Hey you never know!! Maybe he is and unless you give him a chance you won't know. Check his profile and his pictures, but anyway GOOD LUCK!!!!:)
Who knows he might be the next Steve Jobs or Bill Gates. Don't let him being a nerd, make you not want to give him a chance. Who knows you may actually like him. So give the nerd a chance. That's unless you are too worried about your hs reputation. Because, you know those pesky hs reputations will follow you your whole life and everything. *note the sarcasm*
I agree most people dont give "nerds"( aka not total dumbasses) a chance because they are not popular in a" food chain" full of potheads and jocks.
Be flattered but dont hesitate to unfriend
Least u know someone wants u
Awww
I just know that I'm watching too much The Big Bang Theory when the first thought that came to my head is "that sounds like something Sheldon Cooper would do." and aww... somebody with a lot of guts is seriously considering you as his wife. It's so sweet.
Hahaha! Me too! Lovin that show!
Dude if he's rich go for it!
He is a genius, so he must have gotten the correct answer. You should accept his solution and start pumping out genius babies with him. In a world where it's getting harder to get by as a dumb-ass, you ought to jump at the chance to give your offspring the advantage of high intelligence. And true geniuses are very curious. If you demand that he attain and perfect certain sexual skills, he will be happy to learn and accommodate you. Sounds like a win-win to me! ;)
Only a true fellow nerd can analyze like this. Bravo and well done, sir.

That's an honor. Nerds united!
