Today, I got so bored that I drew a face on my index finger, and made a video of me garrotting it with a string. I ended up rupturing a blood vessel, and had to think up a cover story for my girlfriend to explain my screaming. FML

I would really like to know what the cover up story was. How on earth do you explain that and make it seem normal.

The reason I was wondering this is, because it doesn't say how long it took his girlfriend to get to him. He had a face drawn on his hand and a string attached to it. He was also filming it. He would have needed some time to get rid of it. A nightmare wouldn't be a good explantion for me.

Well the FML says that he needed a cover up story for his screaming, not anything else like hiding evidence of what OP was actually doing.
