I'm sorry but this is pathetic attention whoring. Arotai what were you hoping to gain by posting this? Were you thinking aww poor me this sucked maybe if I post on FML and tell the girl that I did she would feel sorry for me and realize she loves me too? OR maybe considering that she, little miss wowpix herself, is on here too you two think this is sheer comedy? Even if you both weren't on here being asswipes trying to defend yourselves you are both ridiculous. If it's the former, dude move the eff on. I text all the time, and yet, when not using my cell phone, I don't [often] use text speak. Even on my phone I hardly use text speak, because why bother? Unless writing out a word will make my text a few characters too long, there isn't really a point to it. If you text and/or type often enough it takes less than a second longer to type out 'you' instead of 'u'. to spuds: your is usually shortened to ur. You are is also shorted to ur.

you know someone knows they're losing an arguement when they simply resort to insulting the other person. everyone posting so vehemently should just chill out, take some time out to review all the hateful stuff they've posted, and remember that the whole point of FML is so that people who have had a downheartening experience can share it with others and receive some helpful advice and sympathy, which is the complete opposite of what arotia and wowpix are getting. personally, I sympatthize with all three people mentioned in the fml, having read all the combined info from arotia and wowpix. oh, and 1 more thing to all the people commenting "threesome!"... shut it, grow up, get out and **** OFF!!

Ugh, I'm 20 and text all the time too, but I'd like to point out that even though I'm currently using my iPhone to write this, I'm still using proper grammar and sentence structure. It REALLY isn't that hard. With the exception of the occasional "lol" or "brb," I never use txt speak because it drives me NUTS. Especially when someone who is supposed to be of college age uses it worse than the 10 year old I babysit.
