I've had a similar experience. Except she was sitting on my lap, and they were making out. It was torture...it pretty much ruins every masturbatory fantasy.

No offense, but I think this would annoy me much more if I were the other guy, than you. You're the pathetic guy that's in love with someone but never made a move... and you make it much worse on yourself by continuing to cling. Also, you should have declined the invitation to sleep in their bed. Sleep on the floor next time, you wouldn't have been here crying on FML.

Obviously it was an FML because she knew how he felt and still did that to him and he said there was no threesome so he didn't get any that night and had to lay there knowing that she didn't like him like he did her or she wouldn't have her boyfriend there

either make a move or get past it. I've done it, and it's better than torturing yourself. sleeping in the same bed as her is a god awful idea all around in any case, so while it is an FYL situation, you also deserve it since there were alternatives available.
