Today, I had a big craving for a popsicle so I went to a convenience store and bought one. On my first bite, my upper lip got stuck to it. I ripped it off and spent the next 10 minutes trying to stop the bleeding from the giant cut I'd put in my lip. It hurt too much to finish the popsicle. FML

Why didn't you just wait for the popsicle to melt a little? Your lip would've eventually warmed it up enough to become unstuck...

Why would you "rip" a popsicle off your lip instead of just waiting for it to melt a little? YDI, moron.

I had this happen to me once, banana popsicle when I was 8. Even then I knew (with the help of my mom) to just wait until it melted a little. And I'm from Ontario too, so people can stop harassing Canadians now.

Um, it would have melted off eventually... No need to rip your lip off and hurt yourself. YDI.

You had a craving for frozen ice covered in sugary syrup? Ew.

you're thinking of a slushie! a popsicle is completely different! !!! !!!!!!!!

Frozen ice? As opposed to...not...frozen...ice? Are there kinds of ice that I'm unaware of? Mmmhmmm.......

1. Always lick the popsicle before you bite it. 2. Tell your doctor it took 10 minutes for your lip to stop bleeding because you might need a blood clotting test to see if you need to take supplements, or if something is off with you, because that sounds like a really long time for it to take to stop. I had a vitamin K deficiency that caused it for me, but talk to your doctor to see if that's true for you.

HAHA! I laughed out loud at this because I did the same thing a few weeks ago. Usually popsicles don't stick like that, so it's not like you can take precautions against it. It depends what they're made with. FYL for sure!
