Okay, technically you might not have to worry about this. Unless you gave her any of your contact information you're fine because you might not ever see her again. Even if the crazy shows up demanding you be her baby's father, she has to prove biological paternaty, which you might be able to refute rather easily because it was a one night stand, and god knows how many unfortunate souls she's done this to.
