Today, I had to explain to my boyfriend that the reason I don't want to stay overnight at his house is because I still occasionally wet the bed. FML

i still have that problem. no worries. :)

one question, are you hot? because if I have a hot chick in my bed I honestly don't care if she pees on me.

i agree with #141, if your fairly attractive, you can pee in my bed. It happens to some people

everyone bitching immature jokes should educate themselves and understand that some have a bladder problem. it's not from birth although it can occure in years to come. I think you should see a dr, and see what the options are. in order to feel comfortable talk to your bf about it in advance. :)

he will dump you, it is only a matter of time.. how could he have sex with you and sleep with your peeing ass? become a hooker, do one night stands! YES, I AM THE VERY ADVICE DOG!

so go to the bathroom before you pass out. problem solved.

clearly, some of you are retarded. It most likely ain't her fault. She is probably potty trained, and that has seriously nothing to do with not being able to control your bladder during sleep. What it means is, is that her brain is still very much active while she is sleeping, where most humans brains go into a standby mode, her's is still acting on say if she was wide awake, which means all her body is running off the energy the brain is giving off, so her bladder in turn will run at the same rate as it does when she is awake. That's probably what's going on with her...not your fault.

That totally sucks. I will admit that I wet the bed until I was 14 and it was the most horrible thing ever. Didn't want to go to sleep overs, family constantly asking my parents if I was "cured" yet, and insensitive people who didn't understand that I had no idea how to fix it. How did I stop? My parents contacted a place that had equipment to help. You put a pad under you and when urine hit it an alarm would go off. It sucked the first week (I wasn't getting any sleep) but it took 2 weeks and I was cured, haven't wet the bed or any accidents since then (12 years). It's been long enough that they sell alarms online (I looked it up and there are sites, use google) and I would highly reccomend looking into it. I'm so sorry you have to go through this and good luck.
