Today, I was introduced to my future stepmother, but it turns out that I already know her. Not only are we the same age and went to the same high school, when we were in the same math class together the teacher would often confuse our names because "we could pass as twins". FML

Today, as an adult, I finally got to meet my great-grandfather. I had no idea he was still alive, since my parents and even my grandpa never told me. yeah my name isn't uncommon, but i've never met someone with the same spelling... which affects people pronouncation >_< also I'm named after a season... just to top it off... hippy parents sigh people need to think more carefully before nameing their children.

I know a kid named Huy (Pronounced "we") and he has a last name pronounced Win and spelt Huynh. I also know a kid name Cele and is said Sa-lay. I think I have one of the most common names EVER!! Its Katie but my real name is Kathleen.

Haha that's my name too. Kathleen, but I'm called Katie. Probably doesn't help much to the whole 'having a common name' thing, but the irony was too good to pass up :)
