Reminds me of my ex... </3
There are two parts of this that are unhealthy.
Why do you feel the need to hurt someone in order to feel loved? Leave him. This isn't a loving relationship at all.
Sweetie, I know it sucks but you really need to get him help. :( This isnt healthy for you or him. Talk to him and get him help. Its better for the both of you in the end.
(48) Many alcoholics aren't physically abusive. The situation itself is really emotionally stressful but it is far better to encourage people to seek out al anon instead of blaming these victims for caring for someone with an addiction problem.
It's been over a year and a half of constant drama from my mother and her worthless drunken tumour of a boyfriend and it's a living Hell. Just the stupidity alone means you deserve it, the enabling just confirms it.
I'm sorry OP but you are so selfish it is unbelievable. If you really loved him you would be trying to get him some help. You do realise that alcohol addiction kills right? And the fact that he only says that he loves you when he's drunk means that he doesn't love you. Both of you would honestly be better off with other people.
Time to find a new boyfriend.
You really deserve better than that. I've been there, it's not worth it.
Ahw, that made me sad.

you being an enabler will eventually kill him wow that's a nice selfish true love huh
If the only time he loves you is when he's drunk, you need let him go and find someone who truly cares about you.
