I don't know about India's legal situation, but I'm guessing it's most likely to be a mix-up if your daughter is only 14. Usually you can't get legal recognition that early. Reminds me, I need to sort out my Gender Recognition Certificate... But if it's not a mix-up, then time to get talking to your son.

It could simply be a case of mistaken identity. As for the jack wads who say that punishing someone who is different is the way to go. I hope you never have children. Because god forbid if they aren't your perfect idea of a person.
