Well, wouldnt a state document have all the official information on it? Names, birth certificate copies and the such? Surely it couldnt have been a mix up.

Well maybe it was a mix-up? Just approach your daughter/son with the letter and ask her/ him if she/he knows anything about it.

More information is required. Was the name and address on the letter correct? Do you actually have a 14-year-old daughter? Has she been seeing a doctor? Has there been any previous hint that she may be in some way LGBTQ? Has there been any other official correspondence to get mixed up?

my nephew is 3 and screams if u put boy clothes on him or give him a car to play with... its all princess clothes and barbies. At14 you know if your in the wrong body. so unless you have no contact with ur kid you wouldve known about the transformation. if u do have contact, its been mis-sent to you
