Today, I saw my girlfriend at the store and joyfully greeted her. She got really mad at me - it was her identical twin sister, who I still cannot tell apart from my girlfriend. We've been dating for three years. FML

Today, it’s my girlfriend’s birthday. I took her out to her favorite restaurant to celebrate. The waitress serving us looked oddly familiar but I didn’t think anything of it until she said when we collected the check, “Aren’t you my sister’s husband?” I forgot she had a younger sister who worked here. FML

Today, I saw my girlfriend walking hand-in-hand down the street with another man. When I confronted her, she claimed she had no idea who I was, and the guy told me to beat it. Later on, she returned to our apartment and actually tried to act as if nothing had happened. FML

it's been three years but since only one of them is his girlfriend he's not that likely to spend a lot of time with the other. it would make it hard to tell them apart if he only knows one of them unless they're pretty opposite in which case he'd be like, aw hell no, that aint my girlfriend. i think the weirdest part is how he knows they're twins but as soon as he sees one of them he forgets about that when, if i knew twins, i'm pretty sure that it's when i saw one of them that i'd remember there's two of them and i've got to be careful

56- if I am speaking in a foreign language, I would want someone to correct me. Well, if it was in a kind manner anyway. The way to learn is to have people tell you why you are doing right and doing wrong. Although, I can't believe he isn't a native speaker judging by how well his comments are written.
