Today, I stopped at a lemonade stand on my way to work. A cute little girl handed me a mouthwash-sized cup of juice, and her adorable little brother told me it would be $.25. All I had was a $20. He shoved it into his overalls pocket, looked up with huge brown eyes and just said "Thank you." FML

Awwww. $20 well spent, IMO. You made that kids day.

I hope you let him keep it. And, next time you stop at a lemonade stand, make sure you have a dollar or a quarter to pay with before you buy anything. These kids are still learning to count, period--and a $20 and a $1 (which a lot of adults pay with and tell them to keep the change) look pretty similar to them!

You know that kids gonna be the next Bernard Madoff. 20 buck for one small mouthwash cup size drink, i would have taken the pitcher home.

Buy the company. Or put them in the red and send them out of business/Chapter 11.

That kid is a hell of a salesmen. You got played, son.

Where can I find these kids? My company has an opening in the accounts receivable department.

Your own fault. That's like paying for an icecream with a 100$. What did you expect? change.
