Today, I took an incredibly painful dump. After I cleaned myself up, I got up and was about to flush, until I saw something moving around in one of the logs of poop. It looked like an earthworm. It wasn't there when I sat down. FML

All jokes aside, you need to see a doctor. That's a parasite, I could be wrong (as I'm not a doctor) but it sounds an awful lot like a tapeworm. They live on your intestines and basically consume nutrients that your body needs. Strangely, they do have some benefits, usually they help people lose weight without cutting back on what they eat. More good news, usually all you need to do is take some laxatives to get rid of them. Just do what your doctor says.

Take a small piece of meat and tie a long string around it tight. Then swallow the piece of meat while holding onto the other end of the string. Give it a little while for the rest of the worms to attach themselves to the meat and then just pull on the string and get them suckers out.......
