k now to counter act... drug him in the middle of the night hang HIM from a noose but have them standing on a chair when that is done wake them up say "this is more effective than voodoo" then let him down (unless u hate him then remove the chair and run) thats what i would do!

WOW you have a really creepy roommate, don't believe in the voodoo doll stuff - it happens but by far not everyone can make it work, only like 1 in a million, so Id also say feel sorry for him as he has nothing better to do than to be creepy and weird...no life..get a new roommate...
