Today, I wanted revenge on the rabbit who ate my garden's plants. When he returned, he was standing next to my brand new above-ground swimming pool. I pull out my 22. rifle and shot at it, but the bullet missed and popped a hole in my pool. 15,000 gallons of water flooded my basement. FML

Not only did you try to kill it instead of just relocating it, but you tried to justify your shit aim with 'the bullet missed' instead of 'I missed'. This one calls for a YDI unfortunately.

You deserve it for two reasons. You obviously is a lousy shot and need more practice shooting. Second, .22? Really? Come on..... that's not a revenge. Bring out your .308 or .30-06. That will send the rabbit to the moon in pieces

Look, I know alot of you people are upset that he shot at a rabit, but some of you are being a bit overboard. Being executed for shooting a rabbit? Someone could be murdered and you wouldn't really care, but oh no, if someone shoots at a rabies infested rabbit, then all hell breaks lose, the rabbit isn't a cute little tamed bunny you see at the pet store, it will try and tear you to shreds if you get close enough. If a Lion was charging at you because it wanted you for a snack, are you going to shoot it or are you going to let it eat you? I think most of you would let the thing maul your face off because you didn't want to be "mean." All of you people preaching about the food web, you are contradicting yourselves, humans are part of the food web as well, they kill and eat the smaller species for food. Since hurting this rabbit for potential food is so bad, stop eating because if you do eat you are hurting all of those animals and plants used to make your meal. Give me a break. The guy isn't a redneck because he owns a firearm, it is in the constitution that you have the right to own them, so why not own one? This generation of humanity is so pathetic. Anyway, killing animals to be cruel is wrong, but if you kill it to eat it, then so be it.

You are going to compare a little, skittish rabbit, who was just a little hungry and wanted some food so it doesn't DIE to a crazed lion (which really wouldn't attack unless it felt threatened)? seriously. you know absolutely nothing about animals. Viscious rabbits? SERIOUSLY? And there are less extreme measures than killing the rabbit. Its called a RABBIT FENCE they were specifically invented to keep guns out of the hands of idiots like this guy. And people like you who don't know a squirrel froma tiger.
