Today, I was a TA for a history class and the class was taking a test. About halfway through, I noticed one kid had a small piece of paper in his hand. I ran up the row, grabbed his test, and ripped it into four pieces. Then I took the note from him. It said "I believe in you, -Mom." FML
I agree, your life sucks 86 102
You deserved it 476 130

Oh LAWD!!! You know you should've read the note first, Jackass.... Then again, how we're you supposed to know it was a note from their mom...? *Shrugs* •_•

That's a really sweet gesture fro. the mom. You're a jerk OP

Wow, I love all you people who think OP is such a horrible person are the ones saying he/she should go die, get fired, and are calling him/her pathetically immature names. Way to stoop to an ultimate low. OP probably should have checked the note first and just simply told the student to put it away instead of being so rash, but the student still should not have had anything in his hand in the first place. Seriously, who WOULDN'T have at least initially suspected that as being cheating? As the few decent people here have said, it could have been a form of cheating for all we know. And seriously, I highly doubt, if the student is in least high school or college, that he will seriously be traumatized by this.

Or...The kid could have taken the issue up with the principal and simply ask to retake the test.

you're just doing your job though but you should've checked first

This reminds me of that episode in HIMYM when Ted was mocking an asian girl named "Cook Pu"
