Don't worry about it; I didn't get any further than "eye contact" till I was 22. You'll get there. P.S. Bring on the "you must be fat or ugly or Mormon" comments, I can take them.
It's all about confidence
Haha, 231 I love your comment. I live in Utah and the Mormon thing always makes me laugh :)
Sorry op but it is your fault. You gotta put yourself out there, the worst anyone will say is no and if they do then they obviously aren't worth your time. Have confidence and you'll get there :)
Every guy loves to be someones first
I love how the vast majority of people that commented on here only referred do her being a virgin. Dude, she just said that she never had any romance with anyone, not that she's raging to go out and have sex. It is normal and even healthy for people to hug, hold hands, develop platonic and mutual love relationships, so, it's just moronic to be saying "You go girl!!" at the fact that OP didn't have the chance to go through any of those things. Plus, sex is a natural thing, and made with protection and care won't give you STD's or make you pregnant. What's with people asking if she's rather be a virgin or a diseased, pregnant ****??? Having sex will *NOT* necessarily make you sick or getting pregnant, as long as you're careful and use protection. Ever heard of birth control, nutheads? Also, unless you go around ******* everything that moves, you're not a ****. People that share a healthy and strong relationship will eventually feel like showing it in another way, a more intimate way. That's what sex is about, and it's normal for people to be having. So, being virgin is not a reason to be proud or ashamed or anything, and the same for not being a virgin. *OP*, don't feel bad. I didn't have my first kiss until I was 16, which compared to every other girl was very late. At the time it made me sad and worried, but now I see there's no reason for it. Trust me, the moment will come. Don't get sad or desperate, you are not any less of a woman because of this. ;)
hahahahhaha that's too funny, it's ok though one day you will find the right guy for you
so what I lost my v card at 23 n I'm engaged to the guy u better off waiting till some thing deep in side tells u he's the one Luther wise break ups hurt more
Im a 19 year old guy and thats as far as ive gone with a girl... im not saying FML. I just am waiting for someone i really fall for..
I went all the way through high school and college without any guy looking at me so the OP is ahead of where I was at her age. I didn't think too much about it at the time. I was really focused on my education and I had a lot of family shit in my life so not having been kissed was the least of my problems. I went on my first date when I was 22 and already out of college and eventually I found my prince. I feel bad that the tone of this FML is that the OP is ashamed of her current state and really, it doesn't matter in the long run. If you know in your heart that you are a good person, then don't worry about it. Someone nice will find you.

You held EYE CONTACT with him? YOU *****.
Don't worry, there are plenty of people in the same situation. It's nothing to be ashamed of.
