Today, I was feeling down because I always think that I'm overweight. My boyfriend tried to prove me wrong by lifting me up. I threw his back out. FML

Don't worry, if you are fat, it seems he doesn't To mind. Most guys like girls with curves. And if you are sloppy fat, I doubt he would have even tried. He'd be like oh hell no. I can't pick your fat ass up.

Well atleast you have a wondefull boyfriend who tried to help you

Honestly is the best policy and your BF is a Dumbass!!

Time to go to the gym for both of you...or just him so he can lift you...

Maybe it's time to accept that you're overweight and also the fact that your boyfriend loves you and finds you attractive. Whether you want to try to lose weight or not, stop feeling down about your own body. It's you. Love yourself.

I like how you said "Because I always think I'm overweight" instead of saying "because I'm fat/overweight". This, to me, implies that you aren't really fat and may have (or may be at the beginning of) an eating disorder or a body dysmorphic syndrome, but realize that this isn't really true and try to fight that image/keep a realistic image of yourself. Does it make any sense what I'm saying? I hate how a lot of people here just assume you are overweight. I can barely lift my boyfriend, who is merely 60 kilo's... Strength and carrying capacity is different for each and everyone :P

It still doesn't necessarily mean you're fat. You can throw out you back lifting under 100lbs.

Don't worry about it. I threw my weight lifting day's shoulder out, and I'm 90 lbs.

If you think you're overwieght, I hope you're at least doing something about it, such as eating healthy and working out.
