Today, I was leaving the car wash when I saw my friend walking on the sidewalk. I pulled over next to her and asked if she wanted a ride. Only after getting a face full of the soda she was drinking did I realize I was talking to a complete stranger. FML

I don't know if you're life is ****** because of it, but the girl was clearly overtracting. You get a FML from me.

Dude that sucks. I mean you just washed your car, and you know that mother effing soda ****** it up. I wouldn't have thought twice about running her over. She should have been more chill and just given you a "wtf?" look. Then you could have just rolled your window up in embarrassment and drove away.

It's a toss up... depends on the flavor of the soda. But even if it was a complete stranger, I would still appreciate the gesture. Unless, you asked for her facebook/myspace before offering the ride?

That seems a little harsh. Well, depends on just how creepy you look, I guess.

She overreacted. "I mistook/confused you for someone else" should've done it.

How would that have helped? He didn't realize his mistake until after she threw the soda in his face.

I know, I'm talking about the girl. He should've spewed the given line I mentioned above and that should've been enough for her. There was no need to have done what she did.

If she had the oppurtunity to, I'm sure she would have.

It's not that the girl was scared but automatically misjudged the guy thinking that he thought she was a hooker. She over-reacted because of her own insecurities, FYL.
