Today, I was looking through my high school yearbook. I found a picture of myself and a couple of my friends at our senior prom. The caption gave the names of all my friends, their dates who didn't attend our school, and listed me only as "guest." FML

Haha I'm not even in my high school year book. I couldn't be bothered traveling for an hour and paying $70 to have my picture taken by the "official photographer" (principal's cousin) so they left me out.

Do they usually have senior prom pictures in the yearbook? Both prom and yearbooks are at the end of the year... I didn't know they could add them that quickly.

Eh. At my school, they sent it to press in June and you or a relative had to pick it up in September when school started back up again.

At least you're in there. My junior year, they lost my picture and I didn't make it in the main part of the yearbook (though I was in a few group photos). They didn't even list me under "not pictured".

That's why high school sucks. It's run by unintelligent douchebags who generally peak in high school and then end up working in gas stations the rest of their lives. I can understand why you feel hurt, but try not to let it get to you. **** 'em, it's over now.
