Today, I was on the way to traffic court for a $340 speeding ticket I'd got. My mother called me and I wasn't paying attention which caused me to speed. Right past a cop. When I told the cop where I was going, he started laughing at me. I now have another $300 ticket. FML

you deserve this so much hahaha

You weren't paying attention? That would be totally awesome if you did start paying attention on the road, or stop driving until you do.

When you're driving pay attention to driving. Not your phone. Dumbass.

its his fault that he answerd it? okay obviously his mother was calling him for a reason but that couldnt wait untill the car was parked? did he have to answer it right away NO he didnt.. so nothing is wrong with me.. unless using common sense is something to be worried about..

Never, EVER talk on the phone (or even text) while driving. People get killed that way-- and not necessarily the one talking on the phone, but other people that the driver hits. While changing his wife's tire last week, my boss's husband was hit by a driver that was "distracted." He died on scene. So, if you value your life and others, don't mess with your phone while driving. You deserve it.

ydi for talking on your phone and driving.

The whole "I got a ticket while paying a ticket" FML is getting really old. Your FML is very similar to this one: "Today, I got a speeding ticket. I wrote a check, and on the way to deposit my fine, I got another one. I put both fines in a box down town, and I turned around to see a cop putting a parking ticket under my wind-shield wiper. FML" Please, people, be original.

Wow, FYL, I've never met you mr/mrs anonymous but I see your postings on here all the time, you must have the shittiest luck ever. Again FYL.

YDI. Hang up and drive before you hit somebody. I live in Massachusetts too, and I ride a motorcycle, you might hit me or one of my friends.

YDI. Learn to drive you asshole. It ain't that hard.

you must be a complete idiot. I got a ticket for doing 65 in a 35. ticket amount? $67.00. got another one for doing 140 in a 35 on a motorcycle. ticket amount? $486.00. if you got a $300 ticket you must have been doing at least 50mph over. AND you were on the phone while doing it! at least when I was speeding it was like 11:00pm in a remote area with no traffic. Like I said, you must be a complete idiot.

65 in a 35? That's considered wreckless driving, which can be charged a felony. 140 in 35? definatly a felony, impounded vehicle. So your story is bull bruh.

maybe you will learn not to do that again..
