Today, I went to the cinema with a girl I like. Knowing she has a bit of a soft spot for me, I was keen to sit in the back row. Too bad her sister tagged along, insisted that we sit somewhere else, and scolded me every time I so much looked at her. I ended up paying for the unwanted guest as well. FML

Today, I went to a movie with this guy. He was late so the only seats available were the ones in the very front which he refused to sit in. As we were looking for two seats, he spotted one near the back and sat down, leaving me to sit by myself in the front. FML

Today, I was late to a sold out movie in the theater, so I had to shuffle in during the previews in the dark. I sat down in what I thought was the last vacant seat, but I'd really just sat in a small woman's lap. She was not happy. FML

Today, I went to see a movie with 4 friends. I didn't realize that I was the only one who didn't have a date. The theater row had just enough room for everyone but me, I got to sit in back of everyone else while they were making out in front of me for 2 hours. FML

Why'd you pay for her, I understand paying for someone that you invited to the movies with you, but you sure didn't invite her, so you should have told to **** off, and the girl you like is dumb as well for A. letting her sister come along B. Expecting you to pay for her AND the sister C. not realizing that the invite could've turned into a nice date.

Just to be quite clear: I'm not American, I'm British (English) and it's perfectly normal to call it a cinema over here. And if you're going to tell me to be a proper 'Amurican' at least learn to spell the name of your own country correctly. And also, the sister was of the same age (twins) and turned up at the last minute, so I don't think it was planned. At least, I hope not :)

I can see how it sucks... but seriously; just go out with her again. Ask her nicely if it can just be you two next time because you like her. Whats with young kids wanting to get it on ASAP... I'm sure you can bare a few more days to see her again. And maybe she brought her sister because she isn't in to you. And why pay for her sister? Anyway, if she is in for you.. it will happen. If she isn't.. well it explains a few things.
