I wonder how much the bra industry makes off of women who don't actually need them. The main function of a bra is to support the breasts to avoid discomfort...if you're an A or AA (or maybe even a B cup), you may not even need to wear one. Of course it comes down to personal preference. I understand that wearing nice bras can make you feel sexy, though some women only wear bras because feel self-conscious without one. Should they though? Men can walk around with no shirts, but a woman is embarrassed if other people see more than the general shape of their chest. If you choose to go braless, there are always camisoles with built-in support (that offer a bit more privacy than going without) and tank tops. Or nothing at all. I don't care whether people wear bras or not, but I care whether they feel like it is their choice.

I only wear a bra because I don't feel like having people stare at my nipples pokin out. I wish that wasn't the case, I don't particularly like bras.
