An individual has every right to sleep around all they want and behave in whatever manners they see fit as long it doesn’t cross a certain line but this idea that we all have to affirm other people’s shitty choices is wrong. Casually having sex is now considerably more dangerous these days than it has been and one has to be careful particularly when it involves shady situations like sleeping with someone you just met at a bar or someone you don't really know.

Its as dangerous now as it was 100 years ago. Because of the internet, we think issues like this happen a lot more. They dont. We just easily hear about it now. Unless someone is doing something dangerous that directly harms other people (murder, rape, assault, etc) you have absolutely no right to judge other peoples choices.

STD's are much more common now. I used to work in health care and my girlfriend used to volunteer at a a clinic taking care of people that didn't think twice and did the same thing. It is risky behavior that can impact your health and isn't something to be taken lightly as well as people that have been ripped off by the person they just met. I have females friends that were sexually assaulted because they were doing the same stuff and the guy took advantage. It isn't safe.

What is more unsafe : having protected sex with someone you don't know or unprotected sex with your committed partner (that may be cheating on you...)? And sadly, being in a steady relationship or not having sex at all does not protect you from being sexually assaulted : in the majority of the case of sexual assault, the victim knows its agressor... Yes, i agree with you, life is unsafe, and you have to be careful : while having sex, crossing the street, taking your car, cooking in your own appartment, going up and down the stairs, stepping out of your bath, drying your hair, walking in the street, on a ride on public transportation, doing sport, traveling etc... But doing all these "risky" activities does not make you less a "quality" man or woman, if you want to speak like #78.
