Today, I wore a pair of glasses with no lenses because I thought I'd look smarter. I ended up poking myself in the eye several times, leaving it swollen. So much for making me look smarter. FML

The key to looking smarter is to be smarter. instead of wearing fake glasses, try actually studying and reading. Then you'll look smarter. Wearing fake glasses with the lenses out will just make you look too poor to get real glasses. Moron.

Really, OP? Are you kidding me? Do you know how much I'd give to not be almost helpless if I lose my glasses? To be able to see more than a foot from my face? You really don't understand how blessed you are if you think having glasses makes you look 'smarter.' Be thankful for what you do have.

And at least make the effort to wear plain glass, coz it's so easy to tell if they're empty frames... NO REFLECTION. If I saw someone wearing glassless glasses... I'd poke em in the eye myself! Nah, not really - I'd openly laugh and call them a poser, though.
