Should have clocked out. No sleeping on company time! For all your boss knew, you could have been "napping" for hours.
Umm, I highly doubt the OP clocks in/out at their job. They work at an office from the sounds of it so chances are they are paid salary and either they show up and they do their work or they get fired when the boss drops by their desk and sees they aren't there.
I'm pretty sure you can sue him for that. Could he not tell your servers were working properly?
