I'm 26 and have been getting taken to dinner/having my favorite meal prepared for years now. It's not that uncommon for people to stop receiving gifts when they reach adulthood, until they get into a relationship and there's more incentive to buy gifts for someone. Appreciate the gift card, since it's a material item nonetheless that you can actually benefit from (and not just some piece of shit like a trinket to hang from a key ring.)
#61 - you have no right to compare yourself to her. Your friends/family take you out to dinner and spend the day focusing on YOU. All she got was a $5 card, point blank. She didn't get a dinner, the high light was her sibling who probably hadn't even graduated yet. This is a ****** up situation. What 8th grader needs an iphone anyway? I mean... more so than an 18 year old? It's definitely backwards.
You don't need an iphone. Get a book, damnit.
I got nothing when I graduated high school, when I turned 18, and when I turned 19. You'll live.
Yep sucks for youu. She is def the favorite in the family haha
That's horrible!! I'm not gonna lie, if she were my sister I would kill her, haha. That is pretty unfair if you ask me.

That sucks. Guess we know who the favorite is.
As soon as I read this I said out loud "Woahhh, that's just ****** up."
