Today, it's my 18th birthday. My parents got me a $5 gift certificate to iTunes. It came for free with the iPhone they just bought my sister for her middle school graduation. FML

Maybe they bought the phone now... perhaps because of the promotion that had it come with the gift card. I mean I've asked my parents for presents before the actual event happened. That's how I got my PS3 for my "birthday" about a month in advance.

I only have a cell phone for emergencies,but I'm allowed to talk to my friends if I WANT to. So don't be saying that,because there are a LOT of good reasons for a kid to have a cell phone BESIDES being ghetto or being spoiled.

I'm lucky to get a card from my parents for my birthday while my siblings still get gifts. It's what happens when you grow up. (I'm 23, my siblings are 16 and 14).
