Today, l was crouched on the ground in the doorway at a haunted mansion. It's part of my job here to scare the people passing by. A 12 year-old girl walked by, I grabbed her leg, and she kicked me in the face. FML

I used to work at screamfactor, and we were not allowed to touch so YDI

What kind of haunted mansion are you working on? Every time I have worked in a haunted house or the like, they have made it a point to tell us to scare people WITHOUT touching them. It avoids incidents like this one and keeps them from suing you for unwanted touches. I'm going to have to say YDI for this one because there are so many better ways to scare people.

lolll , as everyone else is saying, in most haunted houses you aren't supposed to touch them. win for the 12 year old, though.

Yeah. Can be sexual assault if you do it right, but without harm caused it's not assault up here in Canada.

^^^ i enjoyed the Psycho reference #63 (if thats what you intended) :]

Haha, Canada's Wonderland? I used to work for Halloween Haunt too, as an usher. Yeah, it's a shame what some of the workers go through. A friend of mine was burnt by a lighter, and another had a rib broken. Sucks. :(

what did you expect? i woulda kicked you, too, OP. it's kinda a reflex when something or someone graps your leg.. you totally deserved this. :P

I just went to a theme park which had multiple walk through mazes with live actors who WERE permitted to touch you. It just depends on the place. Some mazes permit touching, others not. FYL, Op, that would have seriously hurt.

Umm you aren't supposed to touch the people. YDI.
