Today, my 15-year-old daughter asked for a ride to her boyfriend's house. It's the same house I've been driving her to for sleepovers with her friend "Kate" for two years. FML

This is a bit of a tough one, but I'm going to have to go with YDI for not taking more of an interest in your daughter's life and not insisting on meeting the parents the first time you dropped her off for a sleepover.

Wow you failed at this whole parenting thing. You really should have met with Kates parents in the two years that they have been having sleep overs. Also, you never bothered to have Kate sleep over at your house? Thats a little rude. Growing up, me and my friends would take turns hosting the sleepover. How bout you try finding out if Kate has a brother before making claims that shes fake and try meeting the parents of your daughters friends!

man your daughter is smart, but still you FAIL and YDI for not ever meeting the parents in a whole 2 years, come on why wouldn't you go inside????????

I'm going to call fake on this one. If it is true then YDI for poor parenting. In 2 years you have never met her friend? Or her friend's parents? You have never called to check in? I don't think it's over protective to take an interest in where your child is and who they are hanging out with.

how is this fake? i cant stand it when people spend like 2 hrs analyzing the internet for "fake" FML's and such. this is totally legit and you need to get a life

2 hours? Eh, forget it. You're probably just blowing off steam.
