What exactly is the problem with wanting a bed that is lower to the ground? Some people like that shit. And I agree, he should have asked first, since the bed was almost certainly bought by his parents, but besides that what is the big deal?

Well at the same time, if it was a bunk bed that he lowered, or if it was just an old bed then whatever, at least you don't have to buy a new bed frame.

Actually I clicked "you deserve it" because I didn't think it was a big deal, if his son wants to make his bed closer to the floor it's his choice, it might be a bad one but it's his mistake to make. I realise the bed probably belongs to the parents but I assume as he is 17 he's had the bed for years and probably sees it as his own. At the end of the day it just doesn't strike me as something to get upset over. It's just my opinion and I have no problem with the people who voted "your life sucks" but I wish other people had the same attitude. I don't know what "guy" you think I'm trying to be by having an opinion that differs from the majority.
